Rates

Simple, transparent pricing.

We believe in honest pricing from the start. Every care plan is customized, so your final rate depends on care level and schedule — but here's where we start.

Hourly Care

$40–$45

per hour · 6-hour minimum shift · flexible scheduling for part-time, full-time, or as-needed support.

Live-In Care

$500–$550

per day · round-the-clock care in the home · ideal for complex needs, safety concerns, or peace of mind.

What This Rate Covers

Most home care agencies don't break this down. We do, because we think you deserve to know what you're actually paying for.

01

Your caregiver's wages

Competitive hourly pay for the person in your home.

02

Employer taxes & workers comp

Payroll taxes, unemployment, workers compensation — all carried by us, not you.

03

Liability insurance & bonding

Full professional liability and bonding on every caregiver and every visit.

04

Training & supervision

Dementia, senior care, mobility, and ongoing oversight from our care team.

05

Care coordination

Care plan updates, family communication, scheduling, and back-up coverage.

06

Founder oversight

The person who answers your call is also the person accountable for every match.

A Quiet Truth About Home Care

Presence is the product.

Families sometimes tell us they feel guilty paying for hours where nothing happens — stretches where the caregiver is just there, not actively doing anything obvious. We always tell them the same thing: nothing happened because we were there.

Home care isn't paid by the task. Some hours are hands-on — bathing, meals, mobility, medications, conversation. Other hours are quieter. The caregiver is reading nearby, tidying, or simply present. That quiet presence is the whole point. The value of a caregiver isn't measured by how busy they look; it's measured by what doesn't happen because they're there.

The fall that doesn't become a hospitalization. The confusion that doesn't become a panic. The long afternoon that doesn't feel lonely. The missed medication that gets caught. The small change in behavior a family member would miss but a steady caregiver notices.

Great home care is often uneventful. That's not idle time — that's the entire purpose.

You're not paying for motion. You're paying for presence.
