Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively through private binding arbitration conducted remotely under the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act (DRAA). The arbitration will be administered by designated members of the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.

1. Remote Participation: All arbitration proceedings will be conducted remotely to facilitate fast and efficient resolution.
2. Governing Rules and Venue: The arbitration will be governed by the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act (DRAA), and the place of arbitration shall be deemed to be Delaware, regardless of the physical location of the participants.
3. Class Action Waiver: You and LHH agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or other representative proceeding. Arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between you and LHH.
4. Binding Decision: The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The terms set forth in this agreement are valid as of February 24, 2025.
